- **No marks, damage, or signs of use.** We do not accept returns for items that have been marked, damaged, or show signs of use. This includes, but is not limited to, scratches, dents, stains, or any alteration from their original state. If an item is returned to us in a condition that does not meet these criteria, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange.
- **Proof of purchase required.** A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
Process for Returns

2. **Return shipping.** You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
